Acceptance of Terms

Account Registration

Each player is allowed to hold exactly one VIP Jili account. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid contact number, and email address. VIP Jili may require identity verification documents such as a government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys card, driver's license, passport) before processing withdrawals or granting access to certain features.

Account Suspension and Termination

If your account is suspended for investigation, you will not be able to log in or access your funds during that period. VIP Jili will conduct a thorough review and communicate the outcome with you as soon as the investigation is complete.

You may also choose to voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Any real money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure (excluding bonus balances subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be refunded via your registered payment method.
